Reservation and Lodge Policies

Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:00 AM

  1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  2. Pets are NOT allowed. 

  3. Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed inside the lodges nor on the porches.  Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only.

  4. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. No more than 8 people may occupy any lodge. There is an extra charge for more than 6 guests.

  5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.  Only use appliances for their intended uses.

  6. Selected lodge is not guaranteed.  Owner reserves the right to assign alternate lodge.  

  7. Parking at each lodge is limited to two vehicles.  Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.  Off-site options for overflow parking may be available and should be arranged with the innkeeper as needed.

  8. Use of the dock must be arranged in advance with the innkeeper and may be subject to a fee.

  9. Housekeeping:  There is no housekeeping service. Guests are also expected to provide their own linens and towels unless rented in advance.

  10. Security Deposit: Guest agrees to provide credit card upon check-in for potential damages during the stay. The card will be authorized for $200 and the hold will be released following check-out except in the case of damages and/or conditions requiring extensive cleaning. Damage may include but is not limited to: damage to furniture, property, appliances, plumbing, and soiling of mattress covers.

  11. Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.  DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.  No feminine products should be flushed at any time.  If it is found that anything other than toilet paper has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages for plumbing services.

  12. Cleaning of fish must be done on the fish cleaning table toward the east side of the property; NOT inside the cottages. Excess fish parts should be released back into the main channel of the river rather than released at the dock or placed in the trash bins.

 

ALL OF THE UNITS ARE PRIVATELY OWNED; THE OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS THAT OCCURS WHILE ON THE PREMISES OR ITS FACILITIES. THE HOMEOWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR VALUABLES OF THE GUEST. BY ACCEPTING THIS RESERVATION, IT IS AGREED THAT ALL GUESTS ARE EXPRESSLY ASSUMING THE RISK OF ANY HARM ARISING FROM THEIR USE OF THE PREMISES, BOATS, EQUIPMENT, AND AMENITIES.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our small size and location, cancellations affect us significantly.  A last minute cancellation gives us little chance to fill the space.  If a cancellation is made 60 days prior to your arrival, we will offer a refund of your deposit, or you may elect to apply the balance to a future stay within the next year.  If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before your arrival, every effort is made to rebook the lodge.  If the lodge is rebooked and confirmed with payment, we will refund the total nights rebooked, less credit card fees if applicable.  If not rebooked, all monies are forfeited.  If you arrive late or leave early, you are still responsible for all nights booked for your intended stay.
